New Website for McFerrin Park
A McFerrin Park neighbor recently created a website for the neighborhood: McFerrin Park Neighborhood; Nashville, Tennessee
It includes some nice pics of houses to give you an idea of what it's like.

Hi Carol, a sister of one of my co-workers just bought an investment property on the 600 block of North 9th Street, near McFerrin. Is that street considered McFerrin Park? If so, I'll be happy to pass this link on to her. It's a great website, Josh did a good job.

Great website. The area on Dickerson Pike between soon to be Buffalo Crossing gateway and up to Douglas Ave has so much potential as a walkable commercial district.

Hasn't that part of Dickerson Road has always been a "walkable commercial district"?
I'm so ashamed, but I said it. lol.

That was my response almost word for word. I just didn't get here in time.

I believe McFerrin Park has great potential for honoring some of its history through preserving the integrity of many century-old homes filled with charm and character...while creating "a NEW history" through a family-friendly environment for visitors to share for years to come. Hmmm, I honestly was not trying to create a vision statement...but it sure kinda sounds like one. Thanks for posting this Carol...you ROCK! Thanks Josh...GREAT job...honestly! )
