Buyer's Agent Recommendations/Experiences?
Not sure if this question is allowed per the Terms of Service...I know real estate agents aren't allowed to solicit business here, and I'm really looking for opinions and past experiences of home buyers, not thoughts from the agents themselves. I know word-of-mouth recommendations are generally the best way to find buyer's agents, but not many people I know have bought real estate, so I'm trying to get my hands on honest, unbiased info here.

Another buyer's agent request
Looking for a single family home under 160k in East Nashville/Inglewood, Edgehill, or the Sylvan Park/Heights/Nations area.
