Nice Appartments Near Cool Springs? (Franklin, Brentwood: apartment complex, rentals, gated)

Can anyone recommend a nice apartment complex near the cool springs galleria? My wife and I are relocating and our company is putting us up for a while in that area while we hunt for a house. We are looking for at least two bedrooms in a nice, modern complex, preferrably with a workout facility, security is high on the list as well. Any help is appreciated...thanks!

The only apartments I know of right in Cool Springs are the Alara and Alara Brook Apartments (www.alaracoolsprings.com, www.alarabrook.com) on Carothers, which is a very close to the mall. I also know of the Landings of Brentwood (www.landingsofbrentwood.com) (broken link), which is on the outskirts of Cool Springs down Moores Lane (West), but it is still very close to the mall. Those are the only apartment complexes I can think of, but there may be more. Also, looking at the websites I found, both places seems to have fitness centers and pools. I wouldn't be overly concerned with safety as the Cool Springs area and surrounding Brentwood and Franklin are generally very safe with little crime. Good luck!

I agree, I looked at these sites as well and when I was staying the area (at the embassy suites in coolsprings) I felt pretty safe and everyone was very nice. I never felt uneasy being there. Though I will say that even though a place maybe very safe, you still need to take the same precautions as you would anywhere else.

I'd recommend the Alara properties too. Can't beat the location or the modern build for the area. Depending on your company's budget, and the length of stay you need, they have some furnished rentals available to you here as well.

We stayed at one of the Alara apts. They were well-kept and fairly spacious. It was nice to be so close to a lot of shopping and restaurants especially when you're not familiar with the area. The properties are gated if you're concerned about safety.

I think Wyndchase at Aspen Grove would also meet your needs. They are close to the Cool Springs Galleria, easy access to the Interstate, very private and secure.
