Default Mount Juliet Shopping

We have narrowed our search for a home to Mount Juliet. I have been hearing that some new shopping will be added soon - is this true?
We were just down there in August and I saw that just about everything you could need was conveniently close to Mount Juliet.

Yes, actually is being added as we speak...or type as the case may be. Anyway, the development is called The Paddocks. It is located on the opposite side of the interstate and Mt. Juliet Rd from Providence. As I understand it, the outdoor lifestyle layout will be similar to Providence. The anchor stores will include Wal-Mart and Lowe's.

What Griz83 said... The Paddocks is being built at a normal shopping-center pace (as opposed to Providence, which practically appeared all at once), but it'll have plenty of stuff and will fill in some of the holes for stores where we had to drive to Hermitage or Lebanon before. Not that it was a major hardship, but for a lot of people in MJ, Hermitage is far more accessible than Lebanon, but that means taking the sales-tax dollars out of Wilson County. It's nice to be able to shop local.

I agree with shopping in your own county. Put back and you get back. That includes tax dollars and jobs.

While I don't currently live in Wilson Co, over the years I've contributed a large chunk of sales tax money in Mount Juliet c/o Shiloh music!

Default check out Willoughby Station

Great neighborhood with great ammenities. Pools, swimteam, culdesacs, and many private lots. Big plus is construction of this neighborhood is complete and the schools are wonderful! Be sure to look at Willoughby Station.

Willoughby is great as the HOA fee is very fair for what they give you with so many events and activities that everyone will find something enjoyable. Other places do not have such events or even the facilities or cost more for just one pool (smaller).

Thanks
