Default Moving to Franklin....insight into the Meade at Avalon? Good for families?

We are planning a move to Franklin and one of the neighborhoods we are considering is the Meade at Avalon. Is it a family friendly neighborhood? We have two young children, so we want to live in a neighborhood where they can easily make friends. Schools aren't too much of an issue, as I am currently homeschooling. Thanks for any help!!

The Meade at Avalon is a great area for families. I have some friends with children there who thoroughly enjoy it.

Thanks for the response. I am concerned that it may be too cookie cutterish.....if that even makes sense. I guess I will get a better feel once we drive through it. We are also looking at some of the neighborhoods closer to downtown Franklin.

Closer to Downtown Franklin, you may also consider the Westhaven community or Willowsprings is in a wonderful spot (surrounded by Williamson County Parks). Have you had a chance to visit these just yet?
