Default Brush Pick Up

I just phoned my city (Hendersonville) and asked when brush pick up day will be (just cut down a tree and need to dispose of the branches). The guy said he had no idea and just to keep calling every two or three weeks or so to see if they are going to be having one.

The lack of knowledge and his lame answer really annoyed me. Does anyone know how often brush pick up usually occurs? (He had no idea...apparently it's totally random?)

I also wanted to mention the line was busy for over a half an hour just to speak with him. Ridiculous.

Look at the attached link which shows the pickup zones and schedules for tree limbs/brush. It's messed up that the person you called couldn't give you a straight answer.

Thanks!! That was very helpful. I had checked out Hendersonville's site and must have missed it.
