Default Considering move to Nashville Area - Brentwood/Franklin?

We are considering making a move to the Nashville area. We have young children and would want to live in the best possible public school area. We have family in the Franklin area. We have no idea on where our jobs would be located, so that isn't a factor right now. House price would probably be in the $300-350 range. Where would we want to live given those facts? Feel free to be very specific in regard to schools/neighborhoods, etc.

TIA!

Sounds like Franklin or Brentwood would be almost exactly what you're looking for.

Brentwood is somewhat more convenient to Nashville, but it's also more expensive.

We moved here with very similar criteria. My husband started a home remodeling company, so his commute will always change. We just wanted a safe community with great schools and family activities. We love Franklin. You can find many houses in your price range on realtracs.com
Good luck!

You will have much more to choose from in Franklin than in Brentwood based on your price range. Both areas are in Williamson County which has the highest rated public school system in TN. When doing a search, the zip codes for Franklin are 37064, 37067, and 37069.
