Default Nolensville Pike just north of 440 - Thoughts?

What is this area like? Specifically, Vivelle Ave. Anyone know what the homes and area are like over there?

right behind coco loco! that area kind of sucks if youre trying to buy a home, because home value in that area will not increase in the foreseable future, but if you rent its not too bad. Very multi-cultural area (and I say this in a good way),with many Hispanic,Kurdish,Laotian,Korean, and Sudanese in the area. Very close to downtown.
Only downside is overcrowded houses with a plethora of cars parked street side and in front yards (again, decreasing property value of the area).
