Question Freight Trains- Crieve Hall/Oak Hill

We are looking at a few houses in the Crieve Hall area - one is on Regent w/the train track behind it, a couple others are a street over. I can't seem to locate the train schedule for this area. Does anyone know when the freight trains come through this area? We are from Chicago and use to trains, but wonder how this might effect resale value in that area? Thank you!

with the trains,it is what it is. there isnt a train "schedule" per se. you will be backing up to one of the largest freight yards in the southeast. no whistles or anything loud really, but a constant sound of haspes clicking and brakes airing up. if you grew up around here,it turns into a soothing sound!

to - ask4about2me.. "largest freight yards in the SE" ... do you mean further north - after Harding? I've seen a large configuration there... but the tracks behind the house on Regent, just one track.
