We've looked everywhere for our first home and almost settled in Mt. Juliet at the Beazer development in Providence. Were it not for some build-quality issues we read with a lot of Beazer buyers, we'd probably already be homeowners there.

We live above two police officers now in Hermitage, so we're in a pretty safe part of Nashville!

My soon-to-be wife is most important, as well as her safety.

Where's the safest place for her to walk her puppy and relax if we're ever not at home at the same time?

Keep in mind a price point sub $225k, and both of us will be working downtown.

**Hate to move away from Hermitage since they're building a new Buffalo Wild Wings on Old Hickory Blvd.
