They're not that close, but it doesn't take that long to get to either the Farmers Market or East Nashville from the Vanderbilt area.
You can get on either I-40/I-65 or I-440 from there and loop around to either location and get there in about 10 minutes (non rush hour) once you get on the Interstate.

The Jolly Rogue Sneaux Balls are SO VERY FREAKING GOOD!!!! The owner makes his own syrup, my favorite is cream soda topped with sweetened condensed milk!

This bodes well for my addiction. We went home to NOLA 4x in 7 weeks, I was there a total of 12 days and had 13 snoballs.
