Default Job in Ashland City/

Hi

Possible job in AC. Where are the family oriented/ good surburb with good schools and- Housing in that Area. Probably looking to spend 350,000 - 400,000.

Well, Cheatham County isn't quite that kind of place. It's a small county with a relatively small number of schools. It's not like it's a town with suburbs exactly. There are several communites in the area: Pleasant View (bordering on neighboring Robertson County), Pegram, Kingston Springs, etc.

You might look at Hidden Lake Resort; it's a newer development. It looks nice.

There is also a new marina type development underway. I'm not sure in what stage of construction it's in right now.

Probably the best thing to do is get in touch with a local real estate agent, get some information on what's available, then check out the schools and location.
