Exclamation Please Help..Moving to Nashville, Murfreesboro area

Hello everyone,

I am 23 years old(new to this board as well), and I'm relocating to the Nashville area at the end of this month. (October)

I am a recent college graduate , and am looking for a stable job. I am qualified for any type of office position such as: admin. assistant or managerial assistant.

I would appreciate any advice and suggestions regarding jobs in the area. Also maybe some headhunters , or anyone who knows of any, could assist me as well.

Thanks bunches! :-)

~P

A lot of times it takes several hours for someone to reply on a thread. So far as the employment situation in Nashville is concerned, it may not be the absolute best in the nation but I saw a couple of days ago that the unemployment rate there is similar to many Texas cities (8%). Actually Houston jumped up to 8.2% recently, and I don't know why, months ago it was the lowest in the country. One thing I can say is that Middle TN people are very forward looking and productive. You can't go too wrong in giving it a try, and they have a pretty diversified economy. Sorry I can't be more specific, I don't live in TN.

I am 22 and am about to move to Smyrna in the beginning of the year. I have a job lined up (i am transferring from my current job), but my husband is going to have find a new job and it is so scary. He has been applying from here for awhile now, but not much leads have come of it. I hope you find something though!
