I think we will switch to the Hilton Suites in Brentwood. We will lose the stove, but still get to have the indoor pool. I believe from the searches I have done online that this is a very safe neighborhood...That's the most important thing to us.

Well kept lawns where this hotel is located? HUH? Hickory Hollow a clean mall? I hate to see your idea of dirty then. You must be on something.

I'll second Elm Hill Pike. Lots of nice hotels over there, it's safe and close to everything.

The Hilton Suites is very nice, Close to Franklin Rd Shopping and Restaurants. I live about 5 min from there. Its a good safe area.

That is a good one, it has a Kitchen, Indoor Pool, Full Breakfast, and near the mall and many restaurants. I had Lunch in that area today, at Wild Ginger.

To the OP , Diane says it like it is, take her advise, she is originally a jersey gal and they dont hold back!! You know Diane, the only thing that is mentioned lately in the NJ forum is UNEMPLOYMENT, I dont see that in the TN forum. I think your on to something!!
Why are you coming here? To see the Springsteen Concert at the Sommet Center? lol

People say Antioch is safe, sure there are parts that are but they have that Address but are not really in Antioch, or at least not by that Mall. I avoid that area like the Plague.
I would not send someone to a hotel in that area, especially with Children.

The only problem there is its just businesses. Also the noise of the Airport. My husband works off Elm Hill Pike so I know the area well.
A customer of mine liked the Hotel Area near the Gaylord Opryland Hotel, but I find that area so congested. They stayed at a Wyndham Time share that rents out by the Week, full Apartment.

I am hear because like I said on the NJ forum, my Dad eventually hates NJ and wants to get out. So I am looking at other areas. Hey, I may just go with dear old dad. He is talking about leaving NJ alot. The taxes are his reason. I am going to be helping him, moving closer to him but if he goes, I may just go to. So I am looking at other areas.
