Smile Need suggestions on a great realtor in the syrmna/murfreesboro area

Hi

We are looking to sell our home in the next few months. What is the market like in the Syrmna/Murfreesboro area. Price range is $200-250 in a new neighborhood and good schools.

Suggestions for a realtor with lots of closings in the last few months in this price range is needed. I know the market is slow and correcting. Thank you for the suggestions

P.S.

How does one find out the top producers in closings for this market during this time. I called the Board of Realtors and got nowhere. How can one find out...?????

Which schools are you zoned for? I know several realtors and, in my opinon, the one that can best help sell your home will know the immediate area personally. One realtor friend is doing well with homes up to around $275 - she said most inventory above $300 is just not moving.
