Ice Skating/Hockey in Hendersonville/Sumner County? (high schools, park)

Hi all,

We moved to Hendersonville this summer from Michigan, and my young child would like to continue ice skating lessons that would eventually lead to playing ice hockey down the line.

From my initial searching, it seems that the closest ice rink is at Centennial? Is this true? Since Hendersonville High School fields a hockey team, where do they practice?

Does anyone know if there is a pee-wee hockey league around here anywhere?

Not missing Michigan winters, only missing its many rinks!

Hockey (in line) teams for kids play at Veterans Park across from the streets of Indian Lake. All the high schools in Hendersonville field hockey teams but I do believe they practice at Centennial. I believe there is a small rink at the family fun center for ice skating.
