Lightbulb Northeast Nashville

Although Cleveland Park sounds alright there is much better neighborhoods in Northeast Nashville 37207 that are safe my favorite is Capitol View Avenue next to Jones Avenue and Alhambra Circle near Soap Opera Laundry.

Another good safe neighborhood to invest in for the middle class and upper middle class that is very very good is Ben Allen Road and there is farm land around there so it's really really nice and check out the Bellshire section where there is new homes it's pretty safe on Curtis Drive near Hunters Lane.

Live here shop in richer areas like I do to avoid thugs around here and to convince people I live in a good neighborhood worth future investing in for sure to improve land rich Northeast Nashville.

Well thats good to know. I felt fine in the area but my grandparent came to check it out after I put in my offer and thought I'd be a target.

The area's definitly up and coming. I don't live there so I was waiting for someone who actually lives in that neighborhood to post. I do live in East Nashville/Inglewood area. There's a tightnit community there (and other neighborhoods in East Nashville) that watches out for each other. There is more crime than other areas, but if your not buying drugs or not hanging out with your ex-felon friend, then chances you will be a crime victim go way down. I suggest you buy a big dog and an alarm system and possibly look into getting a roomate. Also, go out of your way to meet your neighbors. I would suggest this for anyone that planned on living alone near the city. That area is probably seeing the most instant equity right now in East Nashville and East Nashville/Inglewood in general has seen appraisals go up averaging around 6% (according to the Tennessean) from last year when most other areas are feeling the housing crunch and have gone down.

Although people think Northeast Nashville is not safe the truth is that it is somewhat safe providing you live in a safe neighborhood with a metal gate and fence which I do and 37207 does have good diverse neighborhoods mine is one and there is beautiful new construction middle class homes in the Bellshire part.

Northeast Nashville is not crowded up like East Nashville and what me and my family do is when we grocery shop we don't do it around here we go out to farther richer areas to shop mainly at Publix but still there are some good places near me and I can tell you all of them plus I tried to get Petsmart to build a store at Skyline Commons with full Banfield Vet and what they told me is they will consider it.

This zip code has some great neighborhoods in it and indeed if I were rich I would invest in middle class and some upper middle class housing in zip code 37207 if I could but Cleveland Park and the gentrification of Licshey Avenue and Meridian Street is the best thing to ever happen since Skyline Medical Center and Skyline Commons Shopping Center.

I know for sure Ben Allen Road and Jones Avenue are good safe streets to invest in and so is almost all neighborhoods in the Bellshire section.Check out Brick Drive there is a whole block of middle class, brick built, nice new construction homes up there and it's near Bellshire Drive. If you have more questions about Northeast Nashville potential just write a reply to me.

There is lots of change and improvement going on with Dickerson Road and zip code 37207 so Skyline Commons when it's fully finished will surely make things even better without a doubt.
