Did this once before and need a bit more info. During rush hour what would the commute time be? Is 65 stop and go? 440? Any responses are appreciated.

Where in Franklin? You could come straight up Hillsboro depending on exact start and end points.

Franklin covers a lot of territory so it depends on where you are coming from in Franklin. Suggest you do a MapQuest directions search from your address in Franklin to where you are going. The search will give you regular distance and time. I would then add 10-20 minutes for rush hour, depending on how close to major arteries you would start from.
