Default opinion on the riverwalk subdivision in bellevue

Any opinion on tis subdivision? the good..the bad and the ugly

I live close to that area. Riverwalk is nice, but it'll be nicer is a few years when there are more mature trees on the properties. The homes there are nice, I'm guessing the prices start around $200K and go up sharply from there.

I would check anything you're interested in to be sure it's not in a flood plain. Riverwalk is near the Harpeth River. The Harpeth is a small, well-behaved river most of the time, but it doesn't take much rain for it to overflow.

There was some concern a year or two ago about mosquitoes in one of the water retention areas, but I believe they solved that problem.

If you're looking at a particular house, and want someone to look at it and give an opinion, just let me know. I can literally walk to Riverwalk from my house. I am not a real estate agent, or have any other interest in Riverwalk, so my opinion would be unbiased.
