That is pure garbage. The Children here are just as smart as up north and also more respectful. I know as I moved here from NJ. My daughter has met the nicest , brightess students in college in Murfreesboro. They are all from Tenessee and some from rural areas. If anything they work harder than her piers did in NJ, and their grades prove that fact.
