I am considering moving to the Nashville area this Summer, can anyone reccomend any good companies or landlords to rent houses from? I am not completely against apartments but would rather not have to rent one because of having 3 children who have lived their whole loves in a house where they have been able to make as much noise as they want.

The Trails Apartments on west side of Nashville is where I first moved to, before moving to Franklin (south of Nashville)
It was a great way for me to get to know the city a bit and keeping cost down.

I am considering moving to the Nashville area this Summer, can anyone reccomend any good companies or landlords to rent houses from? I am not completely against apartments but would rather not have to rent one because of having 3 children who have lived their whole loves in a house where they have been able to make as much noise as they want.
