I saw this in the Tennessean yesterday, Gwyneth has some very very nice things to say about Nashville and gives some great recommendations about local restaurants and things to do:

It's nice to see that she really did capture alot of what Nashville is all about. Several of those places are my favorites as well. It's funny that she spent so much time in East Nashville and I never heard a peep from anyone around here. Oh well...you know how Nashvillians are...we don't pay that much attention to celebrities. Glad she enjoyed herself.

Yeah, I thought her being in East Nashville so much was interesting too. She definitely picked some of the best places around. Especially Family Wash's shepherd's pie.

That's awesome!!! I've always liked Gwyneth Paltrow, and now I like her even more. Yet another reason to be proud of Tennessee's capital and premier city.

Just as long as she doesn't bring her best bud, Madonna, along with her. I'm not in the mood to be adopted.

Sounds like Gwyneth ate a lot of fried chicken.

Thanks for posting those. More things I can add to my trip(s) to Nashville. It amazes me how much there is to see and do there - love it.
