but working in franklin, i have been looking in the blackman area for apartments/townhomes/condos

i wanna be around the 850 mark for a 2/2 bath.

any suggestions?

also anyone have any idea on the cross creek at victory station apartments, i have read mixed reviews elsewhere?

Hi Jonnyb08,

Welcome to the boro!

I would give the apartments on St. Andrews Dr. a look. There on 3 complexes on that road, all very nice and well kept. Very close to I-24 and Franklin Rd. Should be an easy drive into Franklin and in your price range.

I agree with St Andrews apts. A 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a nice terrace is less than the $850 figure. My son lives there and resigned his lease. Its right off 96, on the Franklin side so conventient.

Try Cason Lane Apts. We had a 2BR/2bath for 800 per month. Not sure about the school since we don't have kids and are fairly new to the area.
