Last year I posted this set of photos. Was walking across a parking lot and saw these gigantic rain clouds pass by. Very few drops fell, they just rolled by like an alien space ship inspecting the planet.

The 'beach morning glory's' are starting to bloom, vivid purple..I took a picture this morning, but it's all washed out from the sunlight. I'll post a pic from a different day. Soon, they'll be all over the dunes, such a beautiful contrast always, with the color of the sky, sand and water.

How cool, bjh! He's a handsome one!

Yesterday, our first caterpillar to butterfly this year happened. Our latest new Monarch arrived and we're thrilled! He was pretty happy, too...he fluttered all over the place, getting reacquainted with the flowers and the fountain.
