Absolutely devastating. I wish there was something I could do to help. But all I can do is hope and pray for no more lives lost. I'm so proud of all who are risking their own health and safety to rescue and keep pushing to get everyone is a safe warm place.

I have found a small mouse in my apartment. I named it Jeff. Not sure what its gender, but whatever.

They tore down the parking garage next to my apartment and that apparently scared all the critters inside my building. We have made agreements not to bother each other. So far so good.

Let's hope he doesn't bite you (rabies) or contaminate your food (enteritis).

The dang white tail deer are running in the midwest!

The Rutting Moon came in on October 29 and wow those hot does are doing bad things to those bucks! Luckily the crops are out of the fields so you can see them running but not at night and then they are stupid and running wild and don't care if you're in a 3000 pound vehicle going 55 MPH!

A few years ago we had 3 deer in the freezer and all of them we got with no gun.....vehicle hunting....but at least we didn't have to pick buckshot from the meat!

The first picture of horses walking through a pre-dawn mist is awesome.

That's a perfect scene for a movie with a variety of circumstances from dreamy to mysterious to spooky.
