Hi everyone. How are ya? I'm okay- so much (and not so much too) is going on... I am treading water but then, I like to swim! Lucky me!
Look at this little guy. I went out to the nature preserve near my house. I sat, watching from a bench. One minute he was playing in the leaves, the next falling asleep in the tree! Look how chubby he is! AND is he ever ready for winter... in someplace much colder than Tennessee?!
And here is something that confounds me every year here! Flowers BLOOMING past September! Here is November and these roses are just opening! LoL Will wonders never cease?

Great pictures. Did you tell the squirrel to say cheese?
But really! I had no flash! I was too far away to even see what he really looked like until after I shot the picture. But that does look like he has been hounded by the paparazzi a bit too much!

Oh! I forgot! He was playing and playing- ran up the tree and back down. Played some more- then some people walked by and up the tree he went! I think he must be a "toddler" squirrel- played too much and so, very, very sleepy!

Maybe he was sleepy. Maybe you caught him in mid-blink.
I can see it now, the squirrel saying, "No autographs!"
