That truck load of people lucked out. The one man stayed close enough to get the swipe of a paw without the cheetah moving from his perch. So many things could have caused pretty cheetah to launch into the middle of people lunch. I've learned that all of my cats do not like the sound of me sniffing the way we humans often do. Even my gentlest creature on earth that has passed away would flinch and move away if I sniffed. Sneezing and terrible coughing is okay but there's something predatory about a sniff. That little camera could have made a sound that sounded like food. So many things! Kitty was very very nice.

Prolly. Nah, it's a toy, feathery looking thing, can see it better in some other videos.

Cheetahs are the most tame big cats. Years ago we visitied a safari type park where you drive through in your car. We saw the one of the keepers walk up to the cheetahs. They came up to him like dogs greeting their human. This cheetah probably meets these caravans regularly. The caravan runners probably encourage them, though they shouldn't. I doubt those people were in any danger, though it might have been scary to them.
