According to some of the charts, her 22 yrs is about the same as 100 yrs for humans. I don't think those charts are accurate. She has been very active this morning. She ate her breakfast but instead of getting on her pillow on the couch via the two-step stool I put in place for her, she has been walking around all morning checking things out. Right now she's looking through the glass doors into the Florida room. We get the morning sun and I think she's waiting for her sun spot. Day is breaking and her sun will be here any minute!

The old 7 years thing doesn't work for cats or dogs. Vets go by: first 2 years =12 each. Every year thereafter is 4. At 22 that would be 104!
As you say, that's not necessarily accurate.
