A cable company worker in Hollywood, FL was bitten while installing cable. Unfortunately the snake was a non-native venomous, arboreal from Africa, a green mamba (based on size and description of the snake). The snake was never located. Lucky there was a group that had antivenom (aka antivenin) on hand for mamba bites. Although the Boomslang is found in the same region of Africa, it is of much slighter build.

As usual the blame goes to a Keeper. More likely it was an escapee from an import facility, maybe during hurricane Andrew, where the problem pythons were originally from.
