Everyone today seems to be so wrapped up in themselves, with so little respect for other living things. I do hope the wardens go through with the warrants.
And hope this story gets more publicity.

They are Canadian so I wonder how that will play out. Can't imagine they'd go thru extradition. I noticed on the other link that Justin Trudeau or someone pretending to be him was embarrassed by their actions.

I don't get Selfies. In the days before cameras on cell phones were invented. You took walk or vacation & you took pictures of things you Seen. Why would some one what a picture of themselves? Not just 1 or 2 once in a while But rarely do I see any post or show mw a pic that didnt include themselves!! My neighbor 2 summers ago discovered we had a skunk living in the bushes behind the office it also was Albino. EVERY pic they took of this skunk inc them in the pic... all I could make out was a tiny white dot behind them that was suppose to be Albino Skunk! The Neighbors quit doing this when 1 got Sprayed hehehehe Skunk revenge!

I don't think this will be an extraditable offense. Although federal, it's still only a misdemeanor.

However, if they don't come back to answer for it, they'll likely be refused entry in any future attempts to visit the U.S.

I know there's only a small chance that the Selfie Jerks will be arrested, but I'm glad to see the government is at least trying to make them pay a real price for their outrageously bad behavior. This wasn't simple ignorance like the would-be bison rescuers exhibited, but knowing and willful flouting of very clear park rules.

Every time I go there I see some kind of idiocy. Glacier too but not as bad as Yellowstone.

Haven't been to Glacier. I saw plenty of idiots in Yellowstone bothering the black bears. The worst I've seen were at the Grand Canyon. Instant death if you fall off the side. So many were going off trail.
