That link did not work for me; but I did find this link: https://indianexpress.com/article/tr...viral-6005656/. I presume this is the fish your talking about? It was identified as a "ratfish, whose Latin name Chimaeras Monstrosa is derived from the Greek mythical monster which has the head of a lion and tail of a dragon" from that link.

i saw that one too. looks like a cartoon fish with those googly eyes.
