Been noticing around the perimeter of the house regularly for the past 6 months. We live in the suburbs outside Minneapolis but w/ a fair amount of forest around.

I swear it looks like goat!
But it's hard to tell from the picture. Another cloven hoof ruminant......?

Deer.

Doesn't look like any deer poop I've seen. I'd be leaning towards a raccoon, or maybe a skunk.

Raccoon, fox or coyote. All will eat berries and have trouble digesting them.

Yep, might be raccoon. Does it happen in the same place all the time? Raccoons tend to deposit in the same place if they can.

I just did an image search for baby bear poop. One image looks very similar. Go look if you like. The pic is near the top, maybe 3 rows down depending on your device.

But raccoon scat looks the same in some images. Guess it depends on their recent intake. I think deer, predators like bobcats, lynx etc have a more uniform diet/poop. Raccoons and bears eat everything.

It’s hard to discern the size of this scat. I only thought baby bear because it looks to have seeds or berries in it.

If you find out what it is, I hope you post it!

That's raccoon scat. The seeds are your clue. And you need to remove it. It is full of harmful bacteria - wouldn't be good if a dog made a meal of that (cuz dogs do stupid things like that).
