Thanks for trip advice (Papillion, La Vista: home, live, car)

For all those that offered suggestions/advice, thanks again! I'm actually in Valentine, NE and ready to head home to La Vista tomorrow. We plan to do some sightseeing in this area before heading out (probably no tubing though). I found the whole trip to be an excellent experience and I did meet some very nice people. One guy actually helped me near Ogallala after my car got stuck (he was from the area but now lives in Greeley, CO). I think that Fort Robinson was the most surprising aspect of the trip and I strongly recommend it. Toadstool was also very neat and I'm surprised that more people don't take the time to visit. We also had the chance to go through some small towns that were pretty neat. Thanks again for making my trip great.

That trip is a unique experience, especially for those who's whole opinion of Nebraska is a trip across the state on I-80.

I just drove to Ainsworth and back yesterday (from Papillion), so maybe passed you on the road.

Glad it was a good trip.

Fort Robinson is one I haven't done and hope to pop over there this spring.
