Want to return to the Midwest (Lincoln.)
I was born and raised in the Omaha area (CB) and currently live in Denver because my girlfriend talked me into it. I have lived here before and find it liveable but its not really what I want right now, we are both going to attend UNL in the fall. I know there is a lot of hatred directed at Lincoln, and being that I have only visited for Husker games and the occasional show at Knickerbockers, or the Chatterbox I dont know a lot about it. Are there any places you would recommend? Coffee Shops? Vegetarian friendly places to eat? places for creative types? "hipper" (haha i know)neighborhoods close to things? In Omaha I lived in Dundee anything comparable to that?
