Just an update for everyone reading... The job in Sidney was filled locally/internally, the job in Norfolk was filled by someone else (Im sitll wondering how she got the job..) and the job in Ord.... well, we talked on the phone, they said they'd call me back, never did and don't reply to emails... theyve had the job opening posted now for 9 months on their site and Im really thinking they are being WAY too picky.
