When I walked to campus this morning there were people literally struggling to breath. And it make my face hurt. This isn't fun.

My wife and I are moving to Dallas in May!!! We're Nebraska natives, with a couple small exceptions, we've each pretty much lived in Nebraska our entire lives. While Nebraska will always be our home, we will not miss winter. It was 69 in Dallas today. BTW, anybody know any Husker connections in the Dallas area?

Here are some game watch sites from Huskerpedia.com... not sure if that jump starts your connections or not... You might just call the UNL Sports office and ask them for a Husker Club in Dallas, I bet they keep tabs on those things for both fundraising and recruiting reasons.

fyi... saw this comment on a different discussion board - thought you might be interested:

"The North Texans for Nebraska, which is made up of alums from the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area are amazing. We meet for every game at Gators in Euless,TX. I'd guess we had around 200 yesterday and we were much louder than the UT fans. Even Julius Jackson stopped by to cheer for the Huskers with the rest of us fans. If you're ever in DFW check us out. It's like being at the N-Zone or another Lincoln bar on gameday. "

Well our snow has finally melted, except for where it was really piled up, here in central Nebraska. Its even supposed to have highs well above freezing the whole week.

We've been getting some rain here in Lake Havasu, AZ, and it's nice to see! I'm not looking forward to the 120 degree summer temperatures! I can handle winter, spring and fall, but the summers are brutal! I can relate to your feelings, mine are just the opposite!
