Check out the Independent for some listings:
Home - Grand Island, NE - Grand Island Independent
There are several other complexes in G.I: Autumn Park (located behing Menards), Bellwood Square (just off South Locust kinda by Holiday Inn), Continental Gardens (on Webb near Shopko), and Picadilly (Stolley Park). Stay away from Cherry Park, haven't heard good things about them. There is also alot of little complexes along Faidley, and First Brokers Real Estate also has some rentals.

Picadilly over on Stolley Park, they are older apartments, but they have a swimming pool, club house, lots of trees. great area, right off the hike and bike trail.
Tpades is there condos downtown I can not think of what they are called, over by 2nd street and pine?
I agree 100% stay as far as you can from Cherry park apartments. police called there all of the time.

Lisalynn, I'm guessing you answered your own question, because the Yancey is what I though of. I was going to add that Continental Gardens also has a complex by a different name over by the Diary Queen on Capitol.
