Was checking out sizes of towns you all gave me..and it looks as if Beatrice and Seward are my picks so far. Both seem to have a lot to offer, and are close enough to the city so i can still get that aspect if i need it. Wahoo might be a little too small for me, and i don't like the demographics of York. Still want to look up ashland and auburn but so far i am between those two towns.

thank you..yes Seward is looking better and better... I like the size and got ahold of the chamber of commerce and they are sending me some information. Looks like Nebraska here we come..lol...It will be weird being back there..i have been gone for about 22 years..only going back to visit.. If anyone has any personal insight into seward would love to hear it.

Get ready for the 4th of July, the town prides itself on its celebration. Very nice town pool, just recently built, even with high dives, you dont see those much more even at older pools, mostly slides. Nice alive downtown, a decent hospital, college. There is a newer housing neighborhood on the east side of town. The High school is pretty competitive in sports also. I hope this helps, I have some friends who moved there a few years ago they like it alot. www.julyfourthseward.com
