where to buy cheap land near lincoln? prefer southeast side (sales, house)

i likes to buy cheap land Southeast side of town near lincoln... Someday, hopefully the place will develope and I could build a dream home there.. I just don't likes to build a home out in the middle of nowhere with no house near by hihihi ...... However, its soo hard to find contacts information because alot of the places hardly advertise.... So literally I have to go to the places I like and look for contact information or go to the relator agents who of course always tries to talk us into buying it if not then of course we feel guilty about it..Either way, I'm really tired of looking... Seriously, is there a place I can go to where I can personally contacts people who wants to sale their farm land cheaply ??????? Thanks

If its not already on the market with a Realtor or a land management company, then its just plain hard work to find that ideal piece of property. That hard work involves tracking down and approaching the owners with your pitch...

Just like any sales or business development, you will have lots of leads and lots or rejection before you find that one gem... might be the reason they call it "work".... guess what "work is hard".... that hard work is also what makes the reward so nice....

If it were easy everyone would do it and then there would be no nice cheap pieces available.
