Default Help! Moving to Broken Bow

I am having a bit of trouble finding a house in Broken Bow to rent. I have tried The city clerk, the newspaper, real estate agents, and everything else I could think of. The places I have found are either already rented, low income, or only for sale. Are there not very many houses to rent there or am I just going about it the wrong way? If anyone has any other ideas on how to find a house for rent in Broken Bow please let me know!

Sounds like you are going about it the right way. It isn't the most populated place so there probably isn't too many rentals. The only other thought I have is if you could make a trip down, you might find a place with a "For Rent" sign in the yard. Good luck and keep looking, something will turn up.

I'm guessing you have probably seen these, but here is the link to the Cheif classifieds anyway. There were a few lisitings in there.

try to get someone to check the postings at grocery, hardware, elevator, convenience stores. Maybe you can get ahold of someone who is plugged into the community and they may know of a place. (barber, cafe, church...) You could offer a small 'finders fee' for incentive and to cover expenses and time.
