94 residents, mostly older retired folks. You thinking of buying a home there? I have looked at one or two myself in Naper.

My mom grew up in Spencer which is the largest town in Boyd County. She knew just about everyone up that way. Basically it's just very small rural communities, all people do is drink, and there are as many churches as there are bars. Those towns up there are dying out. I used to hear all about the "glory days" of small-town living but now they're practically ghost towns.
Boyd County had an issue with nuclear waste a few years back. People wanted to make a nuclear dump site up there but it was turned down.

My mom grew up close to there. She has a cousin from Naper- always said that they eat rattlesnake in "that country".
