Default Market conditions for NE rural land?

My aunt and uncle in western NE are attempting to sell their acreage - 400acres of rangeland. In searching internet land sites it looks like everyone in NE is trying to sell their farmland! Is this the case and is it selling?

Thanks for any info

This sounds strange that so many people would be selling farmland right now. One point...
At this time I would examine the issue of mineral rights on the land and whether that is retained (or not) if selling.

The ag. economy is at an exceptional high right now. Livestock is still selling well. Grains are at record highs. If one is going to sell, this is the time as so many buyers are flush with cash.

And, consequently, those that are selling are asking unusually high prices. And getting them.
