The law doesn't make specifics about what races or sex or sexual orientation are. If a black attacked an asian for being asian, that would also be a hate crime. If a hot gay dude attacked an ugly straight guy for being straight that would also be a hate crime. You just do not get it, do you?

Call it what you will, BUT I also specifically said in the thread-starting post that this thread is about repealing the anti-gay marriage amendment and including sexual orientation and gender identity with all others already protected.
