Our daughter was at St. E's for her delivery, I was impressed.

We had our Son at St. Elizabeth's and Daughter at Bryan LGH. They were both great. Both have been recently remodeled. IMO the staff at St. Elizabeth's was more involved and friendlier.

I've had 4 at Bryan LGH East, they just completed a state of the art birthing center. Too bad I wont be having a 5th I'd be in a nut house then. All you have to do is call and you can get a tour of each facility, also keep in mind that St. E's is a Catholic hospital so if this is your last child, I hear they wont fix you unless there are problems.

St. E's also has a really good child passenger safety (car seat) program to help keep your newborn safe as he/she grows. BrianLGH has one too, but not as active at St. E's.

This is somewhat of an urban legend. Catholic Health Initiatives hospitals will not refuse to perform elective birth control procedures.

I had my children at Bryanlgh east 4 and 6 years ago. They were outstanding! This was before the remodel but I still had a large delivery and recovery room. The staff was very caring and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I have also heard great things about St. E's. A lot of my friends delivered there and were very happy also so I don't think you can go wrong with either of these hospitals.

Hey!! My thread on hospitals only got 1 reply and 17 views and I gave more of a broad area to comment on. Does that mean my hip surgery and big tum tum reducer surgery is not as important? LOL!!

Not sure we had 4 kids in 6 years so my expertise is better in that area, than hip surgery or tummy tucks.
