This house is positioned nicely on a corner lot giving it a large yard. The house has 1028 sq. feet upstairs. The basement is mostly finished with a large family room and fireplace. The owners have recently updated the water and HVAC systems. This house is close to Lincoln, 3 miles from Branched Oak Lake, and 3 blocks from school.
