Default possible move to Lincoln too

There is a possibilty we may be relocating to Lincoln too. Aila, your words are encouraging, do you have kids? Just wondering what neighborhood you live in if you do.
For anyone - what are the most family friendly neighborhoods? We like really low traffic and leafy.
Thank you.

I actually live on a pretty busy street. I do have two kids but 2 and 1 so very young. We live in the Bethany area which is a very nice older neighborhood. There are a lot of parks here in Lincoln for kids to play. Anywhere you go.

There are many family friendly neighborhoods in Lincoln.
I've seen though, that most families are moving into the new subdivisions. While the older areas have alot of children, it's hit and miss.
Dh's grandma lives near 70th and A, and while it's a BEAUTIFUL area, there's not too many kids there. But if you go up around 14th and Superior, in the neighborhoods back there, there are tons of kids.
It's really varies.
