Default Scottsbluff/Gering Housing

I've not posted here before so, first off, Hello! I am moving to the Scottsbluff/Gering area soon and am having trouble finding housing. I am looking for a rental house. My job is in Scottsbluff and I am not too particular as to which area I would like to be in. Even a little out would be great. To make it even more difficult, I do need something larger, like 3-4 bedrooms minimum.

Does anyone have any input? From what I have been finding, most property owners are privately operated. I have looked at a few houses that I found by knowing someone who knew someone who knew someone who just moved So I am getting close to the deadline (job starts June 1) and starting to panic a little. If anyone has any tips, they would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
