McCook and Tornado activity (Grand Island: live, moving to, island)

Does McCook have much tornado activity??

Unless you plan on moving to McCook you don't have to worry. I grew up there and left in 81 and never heard of any but you do in eastern part of state more, like Grand Island.

I am moving back in few months and tornadoes don't worry me. Now here in Kentucky they havebeen all around us to within a couple miles and a couple people were killed in spring.

Thank you, Big Mann. Having lived on the West Coast most of my life, I never realized parts of KY were tornado prone. The more I investigate, the more I realize how many places are impacted by tornadoes.
