Default Question about Western, Nebraska

Are there any local real estate offices in town? If not, who lists homes in the area? I am looking specifically to find out the price on a home that is rumored to be for sale and the address is 211 S West Avenue. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Sadie

Sadieb,
Did you try calling the local bank? A lot of small rural towns have their real estate agents located or associated with the bank. In Western, Nebraska (the small town not the panhandle) the bank is Nebraska State Bank. The old phone book I have lists its number as (402) 433-2601. You could also try the Village Clerk, although the office hours may not be full time (402) 433-2882. Hope this helps.
