Suggestions about what, exactly? Things to see? Places to go?
I guarantee that if you found nothing to do in North Platte, you'll find even less in Norfolk. North Platte at least caters to an Interstate...

And I really don't dislike Norfolk. I just don't see it as any better than North Platte.

Have you also looked into Southeast Community College in Lincoln/Milford/Beatrice to see if they have the courses you are looking for? You might like living in the Lincoln area, and have more employment options.

I would love to live in the Lincoln area, but Southeast doesn't have anything in Audio tech.

How about CCC in Hastings? It is a very nice campus, Hastings is a nice community with a little more to offer than NP or Norfolk, close to I-80 (but far enough off to miss some of the problems I-80 brings to cities), close to GI and Kearney and even Lincoln.

Well I looked up CCC and again, it offers nothing in Audio Recording. And again, I would love to live in the Grand Island area but it all comes down to what the school has to offer.
